A turnkey tiny home is a house that is ready to move into as soon as you purchase it and does not require any major repairs or improvements before it is livable. This also means that everything in the house is either brand new, rehabbed, or in otherwise excellent condition with no visible signs of wear, you just turn the key and move in! Note: These homes are equipped with all shown appliances but does not include furnishings.
